This Starbucks always gets my order right. I always order a Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher with light ice and I specify the amount of classic syrup I want. It always tastes amazing. It doesn't taste watered down. The line goes by super fast as well, so there isn't a long wait.
My friend forgot to ask for light ice and hers was pretty filled. If you ask, they deliver. -

After being in rehab om 7 west for 5 days, my recreation therapy nurse made me an outstanding offer.
Ron, if you walk with your walker to the 1st floor I will buy you a Starbucks !
Well Ive always been incentive-goal oriented.
So I walked the 1,720 feet
[ yes the aide had a rolling measuring wheel ]
She said job well done & said order what every you'd like.
So I ordered a medium caramel frappe with a shot of espresso $5.79
This Hospital Lobby Starbucks is always slammed with people & 10-18-14 was no exception
The drink was very good, but for that price, Id prefer one from McDonald's for $3.29 -

By far the slowest Starbucks known to man. You would think with 4 ppl working it wouldn't take 6 minutes for a plain ice coffee. I wouldn't mind the wait but when your staff isn't remotely friendly you get the 1 star

I would give them a zero if it were available. Service is horrible, there always seem to be more people giggling and goofing around in the back room than there are helping customers, and the wait is horrendous. And, they close early without warning and for no apparent reason on a regular basis. I just spent 20 minutes in a six person line, and by the time the person in front of me got to the register, every employee but one had left and gone into the back room. I'm not sure what is so important in that back room that they can't take care of all the customers in line before they disappear back there, but it must be good for the number of times I've stood in long lines and watched that happen. On top of that, the person in front of me was placing multiple orders, so that added even more time to the wait. When the only person at the counter called out for help on a register error, one person came out to help with the register, but nobody else could be bothered to get the last of us through the line. Avoid this place and go to any other Starbucks if you can.
